The Study Support Quality Development Programme was announced on 9th December 2003. The first phase of the programme targetted 30 LEAs to receive help in 2003-04 to develop the quality of their study support programme. 

The second phase of the programme brings in a further 45 LEAs from April 2004.  CEOs and Study Support Coordinators in the 45 LEAs selected to take part, will by now have received a letter (electronically) informing them of their inclusion.

A copy of the letter and a list of participating LEAs is attached.  The original letter giving background to the Programme is also attached, together with a list of the 30 LEAs taking part in 2003-04.
