Please complete the on-line form to submit your case study to the site. It will not be possible to submit your case study unless the following mandatory fields are completed: Name, Job Title/Role, Email Address, Contact Address, Subject of Study, Your Case Study, and Terms & Conditions.
Subject of Study
Please insert the heading for your case study as you would like it to appear on the website.
Abstract
Please insert a summary, of no more than 50 words, that reflects the content of your case study.
Your Case Study
In creating the main text of your case study we would be grateful if you could take the following headings into account:
- Background (What it was like before the work and why was the work undertaken? What was planned?)
- Approach (What was done and when?)
- Outcome (What has been the impact and how is it verified? What has been learnt? What next)
Attachments
Please add any supporting documents for your case study and click on the submit button. A maximum of three documents can be uploaded per case study in the following formats: Microsoft Word or PDF (Acrobat). Please note the total size limit of uploaded documents must not exceed 10mb. If you wish to include photographs or videos with your case study please contact the Study Support Team to discuss how this can be arranged.
A confirmation box will appear once your case study has been submitted successfully.
