Turning the Curve
The Department has published a toolkit developed by Portsmouth Children's Trust, that provides an insight into the application of a practical technique known as 'Results Based Accountability' or 'Turning the Curve'. 'Turning the Curve' facilitates community engagement and capacity building. It enables professionals to:
identify meaningful measures and indicators; facilitate community engagement and capacity building; enable professionals, parents, children and young people to collaborate and share responsibility for making a difference.
